[Request] Make Item Acquired message include that item's index

Very frequently, I find myself transferring an item to an alt (like a lock or PVP script), and wanting to immediately equip it. Right now that means running sys.upgrades either before or after getting the item, to figure out what the index is (or will be), then equipping it. But if the item received notification included the index, I could equip it straight away, which would be helpful.

Without notifications.recent or somesuch, this only applies to out of game botting or cli running. Were you suggesting this for cli operations?

Yeah, CLI. Use-case: I see a new lock on the market that is better than the lock that one of my alts has equipped. I buy it on my main because it has GC, and then transfer it to my alt... except I don't know what index it is at, so I have to run sys.upgrades to find it. Say it's at index 70. So then I xfer index 70 to my alt, and switch to the alt to load it and... whoops, i don't know what index it is at on the alt either, so sys.upgrades *again* to find the new index to load (say 200)
