Is there a way for the game to use offline steam credentials instead of forcing to be online on steam in order to play the game? This would be great!

Pretty sure this breaks the fundamentals of how steam operates. If recall correctly, this is specifically something you aren't suppose to do with the steam API.

I'm not talking about the game itself. Just the steam login. There are networks with firewalls that block steam packages so it is not possible to login on steam but the same network can access the game server.

How would this work when its an MMO MUD and everything is literally run on the server? Nothing is ever run by the client as far as I'm aware.
