[bug] client hardline timer display doesn't fully update depending on locale
hi, i noticed on some of my computers the client hardline timer wouldn't update properly. basically sub-second digits (the last two after dot) stay frozen at 1, making the timer display a static xxx.11 - which really looks a ton less cool. after a while debugging i eventually tracked this down to be locale related, more specifically to digit decimal separators. seems if they are not a dot in system settings, the timer will break in hackmud. i'm quite confused as to how this hasn't been reported before considering that should be the case for most of European and South-American locales - so maybe there's something extra at play here - or maybe people just never knew in the first place?
