shfflr must-not-have digits
shfflr is a great lock and alot of fun to crack. Sadly the introduction of master keys has made low raritities a breeze to unlock.
Currently all the digits associated with shfflr's digits stat are digits the resulting number must include.
My(@dtr) proposal, adding digits that the resulting number must *not include.
To go along with the indicators of + & - for must-include digits, my idea is to use indicators of * & / for must-not-include digits.
Preferably having the digits be 50/50 modulo must.

Not even low rarities: a master key can literally solve every shfflr possible instantly.
With must-not-have digits, you have to re-solve for every shfflr (even going between multiple baseline shfflrs would force changes), so the lock wouldn't just disappear. Especially in the post-2.0 8-lock limit, having some good reason to use shfflr would be, well, good.
