[Feature] automatically hyperlink post IDs on forums

if the text "egzoa5" appears in a message, like this one, it would automatically be hyperlinked to the post it corresponds to
this would save having long full links in posts or even save having the link and the id next to each other in a post so it works in game and on the web

This would be extremely slow for the forum server in the current form, because it would need to look up every 6-character string that matches the post ID alphabet in the database to hyperlink. It'd be much better if it would be something like "#egzoa5", so that the server can do a better job to determine if there are hyperlinks or not.
