[Bug] Typing </color> on the command line causes odd behavior

Typing "</color>" on the command line causes an execution timeout, and restarting the game causes a client error loading output.

The shell.txt file (the characters normally used to represent literal "<" and ">" in the shell.txt file, LATIN CAPITAL LETTER E WITH GRAVE (U+00C8) and LATIN CAPITAL LETTER E WITH ACUTE (U+00C9) respectively, have been replaced with their small letter counterparts (U+00E8 and U+00E9 respectively) to avoid the forum from displaying them as angle brackets):
